Julien Glassey

Julien Glassey is a Swiss entrepreneur and investor with a multidisciplinary background spanning technology, real estate, aviation, and infrastructure.

He began his career as an IT engineer, working on complex systems for international companies before moving into real estate development in Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe. Over time, his focus expanded to aviation finance and operations, where he successfully structured aircraft acquisitions, charter ventures, and airline projects across Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Julien has also contributed to the structuring of data center projects in the United States and Southeast Asia, as well as agricultural developments throughout the region.

Today, through Archer AS, he applies his diverse experience to help investors and entrepreneurs build solid, transparent, and sustainable ventures — always guided by his core values of clarity, integrity, and long-term vision.
