Archer AS is a consulting firm based in Cambodia, founded by Julien Glassey in 2018. With nearly two decades of business and project experience in Cambodia, we help international investors and entrepreneurs build sustainable ventures across Southeast Asia.
Originally specialized in aviation consulting, Archer AS supports the creation and development of airlines, charter operations, and private aviation projects — from feasibility and planning to full operational setup.
Over the years, our expertise has expanded to include project structuring and development in industry, agriculture, hospitality, and healthcare, as well as relocation services for families and retirees wishing to establish themselves in Cambodia.
